My husband started running 5 mi a day and wanted me to be able to know his location in case of an emergency. We have enjoyed it and like the security and the look of the app. I took a star off for the complexity of getting the free version. (my husband was able to start an account easily, but when I joined I was automatically enrolled in the prem. trial and have had trouble accessing the free version.) Since it's only the two of us we don't need any extra features.

I really can't see how people are saying this is a great app... We got it to help keep tabs on an elderly relative & bought premium right away... BUT... It never updates location until youve refreshed at least 6 times, meaning it lies about where you are. You don't get the arrival & departure notifications which is what you were sighing up to premium for.. We signed up to a 5 member service but after3 it blocked any other users... Really wouldn't recommend this app

Hi, we take feedback seriously, but it's important to clarify a few things. Our 5-member plan fully supports 5 active users, and location updates work reliably when permissions, battery settings, and internet are properly configured. We didn’t receive any support request before this review—if given the chance, we could’ve resolved your concerns.

When I started the free trial it was great! I just moved closer to my nieces and nephew and bought them all phones so now we can all keep in contact and keep track of them. BUT, now that I paid for the subscription, it seems EXTREMELY laggy!! We won't get notifications till sometimes 30 mins AFTER someone leaves or comes home!! Please fix this!

This app worked really well at first; however, recently, like in the last 2 months, it's been freezing, still tracking one of my family members moving when they are already home, not updating for several hours, glitching, and much more. Yes, we do have the paid version. We were told that LIFE360 doesn't do anything like this.

When it works, it's great. But 90% of the time the locations aren't updating. It's March 28th, I used the app two days ago, but now it only shows history from March 18th. The refresh is always spinning and doesn't actually update. Un-installed and reinstalled, still same issues. Waste of money to buy the yearly plan if it's not actually tracking my family
