Very bad experience, I have purchased the pro membership and all my money is in vain. I was purchased it for a specific property but it was a fake ad and I was not able to get the contact details. I would not suggest this pathetic app to anyone. When you need to sell your membership then you guys make a lot of calls but when a customer is trying to reach out to your support team none is available. I want my full refund.

Too personalized. Basically if you're just looking and trying to get a feel for what the options are in a city, you can't. I have to select too many search options - what if I'm flexible to the house type but don't want to do 3 searches? Why can't I just view them as a list like traditional real estate? Or have the option to choose between the personalization vs. exploration?

worst app ever, makes you pay for viewing sellers contact info. I get it - but the basic stuff won't work. you get notifications from the prospective sellers that they want to connect with you presenting their properties. but the moment you click it, it opens the home screen and that's it. the request is now lost and can't even see their property. no place to see the requests you received. only exists a place for your requests sent. even whatsapp messages also are inconsistent. useless. 90% of the listings are fake. Many ads show low rent, and when you try to contact the number, it's either unavailable or temporarily out of service. These ads are never taken down. Many might have purchased subscriptions based on these false listings. Some flats are already rented out but still appear active on the app. Others listed as 3BHKs but turn out to be 2BHK or even 1BHK. The sales team calls 100 times to subscribe, but once you do, the customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Edited

Very difficult to search by area name. And it keeps selecting flats, even when I select plots. Complicated navigation. Just a Google search will give more relevant results. Tried in 2025. It has gotten worse now. Could not get even a single owner's contact. Finally got the house offline through broker. But now getting spam messages from Magicbricks. Unable to stop it. Disgusting.
