It won't let me log in even though I've confirmed my email and can log in to the website just fine. We were told that while we were checking out, our tickets that we selected would stay in our carts for the 10 minutes that we were allotted for the process. However, multiple people had their carts completely emptied even while in the middle of putting in their other info. Too many people had trouble with this app and website to ignore. 0 stars if I could

horrible! I bought tickets and purchased the insurance for refund. I requested a refund due to moving away from alberta and they said it isn't good enough reason. don't not use them they are scam artists. never should of purchased insurance if I knew how they lie.

Forcing people to buy an extra ticket is not good practice. The search needs help. Can't find anything but the location and venue didn't help either.

Not impressed. Search for an event, doesn't show. No filter by location. No 'cart' to see what tickets I had selected so lost seats navigating. Today seats in a section I wanted magically appeared.

I don't understand anything on here and I can't get anyone to email me back, I have waited since 1987 to meet sting, if I drive 4 hours and I can't get in the event or my friend can't use the other ticket I purchased, you will have a problem, I suggest just letting me in the building or refunding 4 times what I paid
