Ulta has become the master of hidden free gift messaging. I placed an online order for pickup in store, and three items had "free gift with purchase " under the item. I use the product, so it was perfect. No such luck, nothing extra was in my bag. The girl had me go to the items on the website and click the "free gift," which opened up a whole section of small print. you had to spend so much of x (which I did) and didn't count if you picked up in store. They were a better store years ago!

shopping is fine, but accessing your credit card is ridiculous. The app and Credit card are 2 different logins, the app seemingly cant tell between the 2. It will make you change the password to the credit card, but then it gets confused and wont accept it and will also say the app password is wrong. pain in the a$$ to deal with.

App keeps malfunctioning: This app used to work well, but has become terrible. It keeps asking to update, but there is no update available. Then, there is just an error message until I reboot my phone (itc doesn't work to just closing the app, or even force closing it). Then it works for a little while until the same problem happens again.

Horrible! My account was hacked by an Ulta employee and when I called to to inform that the person is still able to access the account even after the password was changed multiple times, they still only sent a password reset link. The security of the app is terrible! Further, the app does not allow you to apply coupons on most occasions, and the apply button keeps popping up each time you tap it. There is a glitch.

Three issues: 1) I cannot place ANY orders online with any credit or debit payments. It is not a bank issue, I've checked. 2) You can't submit a help desk ticket properly because you can't select a subcategory which is required. 3) You can't add a coupon on the app because the keyboard won't disappear long enough to click "done". You're forcing me to shop at sephora, which i don't want to do, but never any responses here so I'm sure you don't care. Edited
