There are several loopholes observed. There is no option to make online payments using credit or debit cards. Most of the time, the payment status is not displayed properly. Recently, I opted for the Elite Membership, and the amount was deducted from my account, but I was neither enrolled nor refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. There is no technical support for failed transactions. If you want to stay competitive in the market, there is a lot of room for improvement.

You people just do all this for marketing purposes, nothing else really happens. Last week, I booked a service through Yes Madam. I had selected a particular slot, but later it got changed automatically.The service lady said she could see a different time slot on her end, whereas my app showed a completely different timing. After that, Itried reaching out to your customer care the entire day—no one picked up the call, I was just kept on hold in a queue. Even the chat support was not available 👎

I booked some service from the men section. The app let me book and pay for it and did not mention anything about being only available for women but when the person came she said it is only for women. They refunded the base amount but I had also paid for the membership which is non-refundable. Yes madam followed up with me to refund the membership amount next day. Kudos to the customer service! They have also promised to fix the bug in the app. Edited

I just installed the app from playstore itself. however, I am not able to open the app. It's stuck on the splash screen just showing the logo. I even waited for 5-10 minutes, nothing happens. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing, issue still persists. And after writing this review, please don't ask again to write an email to your developers. If you really bother then highlight the issue to your team. Otherwise, just for your formalities you keep asking to write email.

worst experience! my first ever experience was not good. The beautician was not trained enough, her behaviour was like a local parlour staff. No professionalism towards their client. Still I gave them a second chance and they again failed at it. The Beautician arrived 1 hour late and shifted all blame to me stating I wasn't picking up the call even though I didn't get a single call from them. Really disappointed. I would like to pay double and get the services elsewhere.
