My complaints for this app are many: egregious battery usage, whether I'm driving or not, cutting battery life in half; high number of "harsh breaking" false positives; unspecified data collection; not allowing battery saving mode; unreasonably intrusive data collection 24/7; and more. It's enough for me to stop using the app AND ABANDON USAA FOR GOOD. I just can't trust them when they put out such a lousy app. Edited

The app is a collection tool. it is constantly running even when you're sitting in your house draining your battery. They say it can be used to lower your rate only proves they can lower your rate. The app shouldn't matter. Hands-free calling should be a safety tool yet the app dings you for it as a driving incident during your trip. It often records harsh breaking when no such events occurred as if it purposely tries to keep your score low. The app requires too much access to the phone to use.

When the app was recently updated, the announcement was that it was a name change only. However, I have had two recent Hard Braking incidents that didn't appear on the route. Previously, I could see where the incident occurred and they were usually because I chose to stop at a traffic signal after it turned yellow, rather than going through the intersection I've since learned to go through intersections on yellow rather than risking getting a Harsh Braking penalty. So,Harsh Braking not on map?

This app continues to NOT allow me to put my battery on performance savings. Unacceptable! This is the only app that refuses to run unless I allow it full access to my battery. I'm trying to preserve my battery life but no, can't if running this app. I've used this for years, you'd think by now this would've been rectified. Edited

Don't like the latest update. Navigation sucks. The Old way before this update, in terms of layout/navigation, was way better. Would like it more if they went back to a User Friendly layout. My battery levels have significantly dropped. And another thing, It only shows, about 14 days worth of trips & doesn't even include the map for the trips, which makes it difficult to track who did what trip. Plus, I wasn't able to update my trips for the previous 2 or so weeks,& I can't update them now. Edited
