It's 5 star when it works. It takes spells where it doesn't recognize my phone having a digital compass therefore not allowing me to use the follow Sky feature. Developers please fix this issue. I guess I'm going to have to uninstall it again and go back to Mobile Observatory until this issue is fixed period paid $10 for this and it keeps breaking itself

Love the app, the best astronomy app I have had to date. Unfortunately, I cannot use it on my new Google Pixel 6, as there is a glitch with either the app or with the phone that shows all nebulas as white squares/blocks. I contacted support, but they could not recreate the issue. I do highly recommend this app UNLESS you have a Pixel 6. Update to my review. The developer has fixed the issue with Pixel phones, now it works perfectly. I can now recommend this app to everyone. Edited

Wasnt sure about 10usd but to my surprise its a great app. There is an ultimate subscription with features that may entice some users of fancy telescopes... Idk there are other apps out there for free right? No ads lots of thigs to see and look at. Can fly around and do somethings like the videos. Video preview makes app look janky but it actually a well rounded app once you press everything and figure out the interface. settings for labels and brightness of constelations, debris, satalites, ect

I've enjoyed the previous version a lot. Decided to upgrade because the database no longer updates on previous version(No comets) . That's today's way of doing business by dropping support without notice. Anyways I'm always up for supporting developpers and decided to buy anyways... I'm disappointed by the new interface and the quirks. Mainly the sky has a blueish tint even if you disable daylight option. So no real dark sky...just very annoying for an astronomy app.... Plus many quirks...

Best. I've had this on my past two smartphones. Only thing I wish it had, is facts and trivia on celestial bodies you click on without having to go to exterior sources. I get that they can't store that much info in the app, but instead of sending us to a remote website, import the information so I can stay in the app. Edited

Hi Mr Eiland, thanks for your feedback. We'll think about the import feature you suggested.
