The shows are really good. BUT....this app has issues. Doesn't play the next episode in sequence and when I use it on my smart tv it won't allow me to hit the back button to get out of the current screen and back to the main screen. I have to force close it on my tv.

The app is great. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried for over a week to cancel membership just for the month because money is tight. I tried on my phone app, the website, and Roku. All said to sign in on where I originally signed up. I tried to contact them to help me figure out why I couldn't cancel or pause. Sent multiple emails. Still haven't heard back and was charged today. I was only going to cancel until next month. Now I'm not coming back at all.

Edit 9/4/24: Very buggy as of late! On Android, when I click on a notification, it does nothing. I can't read replies to my comment. l can't see updates on the torches. Also, please add CLOSED or OPEN captions to torch videos so that deaf / hard of hearing guild members can vote unencumbered without having to resort to less accurate auto-caption software. I absolutely love this app and. being a guild member. Right now the app is frozen! I finally got it to open but it automatically scrolls what is showing on livestream but it won't let me go anywhere else. I can't read my messages (it shows I have two), I can't go to see what new movies are available to vote on, etc. Please fix this asap. Thanks!

Can't cancel! It's like a merry-go-ground with the directions and quadruple steps. It was hard enough signing up. App is not compatible with my smart TV. Therefore, all movies lag in download, can't keep up with actors' lips, nor the story's passionate conveyance. Signed up for guild, and now I can not cancel to save my life.
