Ever since this new company has taken over it has been nothing but issues and discontinuing certain apps from connecting and syncing issues. After I get my 20k points for this quarter since I already started I will be deleting this and encouraging everyone I know to do the same. Reached out to customer service and they were about as useful as the syncing mechanics on this app. Still losing out of thousands of points because my calorie tracker, and 20 days of walking 7k/10k steps not registering. 10/14/23 Since the most current update, I can't access or update any information, complete my daily tasks, etc. Ugh! It's so frustrating! ______________ I've been using the app since March 2017 and haven't had any issues, including after new updates. This app is user friendly and a great tool for staying on track. The only thing I would suggest is offering more workout options on the dropdown list.

Update: Each update makes the app harder to use. The new layout makes it difficult to find things. Some healthy habits also magically disappeared & can't be readded (like the sleep tracker which nets you more points). Good concept but needs improvement. Like many others, I have to use it for work. Syncing is a pain & I have to always do it manually. The program also offers more ways to gain points, BUT you have to really dig to find them or link to all these other third-party apps. Edited

Update: the specific issue is resolved but I still don't love the app. The app has always been a little unintuitive and freakishly slow, but lately my phone keeps saying that the app isn't responding like every 3 seconds. I can tap "wait" and everything is fine and I can go about my business for another 3 seconds. I've tried reinstalling the app but same issue. Absolutely dreadful experience. If my work wasn't literally paying me to use this app I would not keep it on my phone. Edited

I've used this app for almost two years with few complaints, but in the past 2 weeks I've had a heck of a time getting it to accept my Garmin stats consistently. I've done all of the things to try to resolve this problem to no avail. This isn't just an app issue either, as the website is showing the same data (or lack thereof). My coworkers are also having the same issue, so I know it is a system problem within Virgin Pulse. It's a bummer because this has been a fun app til now.
