it works fine and it is super convenient to have your insurance cards on your phone. I find it frustrating that the totals shown in the app are not the actual totals. I have a family plan and the app shows we still have a deductible owning, but that we've met the Out-of-pocket max for the year. (It's been a rough year.) But when I called, they told me I still had $200 to meet the out-of-pocket max. I don't get it.

Love this app. The first thing I see upon logging in is my in-network deductible which is valuable to me. Under that the claims are displayed which include not only medical, but pharmacy as well. The ID Card feature is very nice. The image is so incredibly clear and I love that I can opt to email it from the app. The coverage section displays all three of the benefits that I have: Medical, Dental and Vision. The provider search is very easy to use. Overall I'm very impressed with this.

Consistently unable to check my flex balance through the app. The page fails to load. Consistently unable to log in with biometrics. Although I have a new phone, less than 1-year-old, The display on my phone isn't optimized for Android when I log into the app. This app = absolutely useless!

I'm forced to use this ridiculous third party administrator for health insurance, through my employer. I'd rather just have an actual provider so I know where I can go in-network. Can't search for a provider on this uselss app or their website. I know I have coverage, and that's pretty much all this app is here for. Deleted off the phone.

HORRIBLE!! I've been trying to get this app for 4 days!! Which means I am unable to get my insurance card to fill my scripts. Not to mention, my insurance changed without my knowledge. They don't mind taking my money, but they make it impossible to use this app.
