Looking for a one-time event (band doing 3 nights of playing one of their albums all the way through) and Vivid was the top search result. Said "6 tickets left" - I bought - only to find out that the venue has a BAJILLION tickets, at *half* the price, 5 minutes later when looking up the address of the venue. You got my purchase. One time - and never again, AND a one star review.

Insanely frustrating. I cant log in at all to use my credits from a previously cancelled event (which they refused to refund, only give credit). It says it sends a "magic link" but I have never received it, including my spam folder. I have confirmed and retyped my email address multiple times. I have tried from different browsers and mobile. Support has been completely unresponsive, so I'm locked out of my credits. Edited

My order had 2 tickets. They charged me a $20 service fee for each ticket in my cart.. That would be the same as paying for shipping for every item in one box. I had to speak with customer support multiple times to even get the tickets. What great a great 'service' they provide. I will gladly pay another company two times the price in the future just to avoid the headache and hours on the phone just to get what I overpayed for. Edited

At first this appeared to be an easy app, but after my purchase, I had trouble accepting my tickets and after trying the chat and endless tries to get someone on the phone for customer service, I finally gave up in utter frustration. I feel like I have lost my purchase cost and gotten nothing for it and cannot get the help I need to rectify the problems I am having. This is a very poorly managed app and should be either shut down or held accountable for the money it is costing people.

Buying fees are super high, about one third the price of the ticket added on total price. This was not apparent to me when buying on the app. I could not access the Help Center by phone or by Live Chat option because it did not recognize my phone number. When I went to my profile, I did not see a place to enter a phone number. Without a phone number it recognizes, I could not be helped. Very poor set up. In sum, use Tickpick for NO buying fees and easier customer support.
