Since the last update, I'm unable to connect to my Audi unless I start the scan through the regular app and let it take me to the VAG version. Options are easy to navigate but definitely better suited for experts or the experienced. If you don't know what you're already looking at, it's difficult to understand what the option is actually modifying. Would be awesome to have some kind of quick fyi for what the specific adaptation correlates to in layman terms.

Been using the app for about 2 years. Driving an older, fickle German it's been wildly helpful as I've had minimal problems with it. Until recently. For the past couple weeks the app won't load if I'm on mobile data - constantly says connection failed, asks to retry, and loops. If I'm on wifi it fires up right away with full functionality. Not the most ideal thing. Would be great to see this resolved. I've tried the ole reboot, uninstall/ reinstall, blah blah blah. Haven't tried to roll back.

I used to be able to connect seamlessly to the dongle that's plugged into the OBD port it will not connect since the last update. I've done all the appropriate steps including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and forgetting the Bluetooth connection and relearning it nothing seems to work quite frustrating. Update 9/18: I've worked with the help done steps 1 through 7 multiple times. Reinstall the app and restarted my phone more times than I would like to admit,still unable to connect Edited

Not very intuitive. And I'm really not sure what it does. Also note that it's in the top 10 of highest grossing revenue of all auto apps. I'm disappointed that I paid for the device. I'm planning on returning it. The app itself is very poorly designed & hard to navigate. The device itself feels cheap. I'm positive there's not much to the device itself. I would bet money it's only a digital output attached to each pin and then maybe some sort of two pin data connection. Not worth it. Edited

Holy micro transactions batman! I bought the pro version that comes with a year membership. That year membership does not include anything other than basic scans. You still need to buy credits. Plus, the software didn't work. I bought this to change my rear brakes and uses the caliper reset function. It failed. Over and over again. Do not waste your money on this product. Get vcds! Edited
