Worked okay at first, now nothing uploads. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, deleting the frame and reconnecting to it. It always says the photo sent successfully but it never shows up. I've only ever had 2 photos send to the frame and had to upload those one at a time. My brother had no problem uploading the first day. In the app it shows they were sent in the little cloud upload, and in the history, but no luck. The help guide is also unhelpful since it says to "email the photos".

Worked great for a few months, then my app was unbinded to the frame for some unknown reason. Got things working again but a few months ago got the message an updated version was available would you like to update. I selected yes and now the frame does not work. Getting a continuous message when the frame comes on that 'Unfortunately VPhoto has stopped '. Doesn't stay on long enough to check settings. Extremely frustrating! Edited

Worked great for a few weeks and my mom loves being connected. Now I can no longer send pictures to the frame. Tried reloading and says can't because it still exists yet it's no longer a choice on my phone. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend unless given an option of how to fix. Will also be adding a review to Amazon and filing a complaint. I see by other reviews in not the only one experiencing this issue.

I recently changed my phone and as most of you know you have to log in to most of your apps. This app doesn't have a login! you literally have to create a new user which doesn't link with current photos on in the frame you are using! It literally creates another photo album! I just want to login to my account without having to do a factory reset...

The version I have is the 2.0.28. I am up to date with my updates. I still can't upload photos to the frame This was a 5 until it stopped working after the last update on July 12th. Now I can't upload anything to my frame. It wants me to scan the code. I scan and it tells me frame approved. I hit next and the pop up for the code comes up again. Edited
