I have the DragonTouch Classic 10 frame. I've tried everything that was suggested by their support team (via email only) which was basically a reiteration of what the website said. All that comes up on my frame is "CloudPhotoFrame has stopped" and "Open app again". That's all it does. I tried connecting it to my laptop and my laptop doesn't even recognize it's connected.

Ditto. It was great until the recent update. My phone is a Samsung Fold, so I'm lucky in the sense I have two different screens to finagle from. I was able to send ONE photo by using my front screen (phone closed), and turning it horizontally. However, when I tried to upload more photos, I received a timeout error. I'm so glad I have yet ANOTHER digital frame I can't update. 😑 Edited

I've been using this digital frame, DragonTouch Classic 10 for about 2 yrs now and it worked great. But, now the app has a bad flaw and I can't use my photo frame any longer. I've tried everything that was suggested, but all that comes up on my frame is, CloudPhotoFrame has stopped, and Open app again. That's all it does after everything I tried and I only have a dark screen with that message on it. So very disappointing!

I received my digital picture frame as a gift for work. It started off good.. I uploaded some pics and still had plenty of room to add more later. I go to add more 8 months later and it won't let me add them. I signed out of the app and tried uploading the pics by wifi and tethering and it fails. The app says they are sent, but the digital pic frame doesn't show them. I am disappointed in this product.

The frame was great - got it all set up - tons of photos in there...and now no one can access the frame or the photos anymore because the app has a major flaw! If you forget your password, you are out forever. The developers messed up and missed a step. When you click "forgot password" you need to enter your email address AND the verification code... in order to get the verification code...Um, how can I enter the verification code that I haven't received yet?! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Enter the email you previously bound, and then click the "triangle symbol" on the right side of the email to obtain the verification code. After you fill in the verification code and submit it successfully, you can log in with the new password you just entered. If your problem cannot be solved, please contact our staff.
