Hello, the watchface did not download to my watch. All that downloaded was a browser page with an image and instructions. The pull down shown in the image does not show in the play store. Please correct or issue a refund. Thank you. Update: I did get the watchface downloaded onto the watch with the assistance of the developer. The developer is very responsive. From all the watchfaces this is now my daily driver. It is great that the developer added so many shortcuts on the face. Edited

Please try the installation in PC/laptop browser using same account that you made the purchase. You can also directly install from the watch. You can try clearing the cache of Play Store app, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth for both phone and watch. You can also try uninstalling it, restart watch and then reinstall it again. Let me know.

Another brilliant watch face. The only gripe I have it here is as per the attached screenshots it seems in the right digital module there is date format mm/dd and then time and day plus am/pm indicator below and that is the major thing which draw me to this amazing one sadly it is not there it is just date DD and day. Please fix this and this will be a 5 Star and probably the best professional watch face which we can use for office and formal occasions. In hopes of getting this resolved.

Thanks for your feedback. I updated Desan Ghost based on the updated non-negative LCD of Desan watch face. This is to give way for the 24H indicator to fit in unlike the old layout that is in the screenshot. Sorry, I should have updated the screenshots also.

App not working on my watch, I downloaded it twice but still no functional watch face Followed the instructions as per app developer but still the face does not work or even appear in my wearable app 22 March 2022 - still no working watch face even though I paid for it, I'm a big fan of Ballozi's watch faces but my experience with this matter has left a bad taste in my mouth and a quite disappointed Edited

I understand your frustration and we developers suffers from bad feedbacks with the issue that was never from our side. I hope Play Store fixes this problem. You can try disconnecting phone from watch first before installation then reconnect your phone again. Try also clear cache Play Store app or restarting watch might work.

I've had the original Desan for a couple years (different account) and I've come to like it quite a lot.. but this one, hands down, is my new favorite. I don't know why, but the darker faces just look better. Great job, thank you!

I like the layout alot. I am disappointed with the colour schemes as they are too limited. Now if this layout was incorporated into Tranos layout it would be an absolute winner. Edited
