First of all, I love the beautiful design and the customization options. You can add a ton of complications which is nice. The color choices are good but it would be nice to have more options. Now the negative: customizing this watch face took forever because it would load so slowly in the wearable app whenever I made a selection, and I had to save and close the app after making one or two selections or else the app would crash. This doesn't happen with other watch faces. Edited

We recommend customizing directly on the watch instead of the Wearable app.
Galaxy Wearable app has a known issue with all third-party watch faces which have many customization options, where customization can take a lot of tries to fully load.
Samsung has been made aware of this by many devs, we still hope for a fix.

I would love to give this face 5 stars but unfortunately the AOD time and information do not stay up to date meaning in order to see what the actual time is you need to wake your watch for the information to sync in real time. This has happened on more occasions than not for me if that can be fixed it would be perfect. I have the galaxy watch 4 classic and my software is up to date as well.

The AOD not refreshing is a bug that was caused by a recent firmware update to Galaxy Watch 4. Samsung has released a fix already, it's not yet available for all devices, but it should be soon.
Please check for available software updates both on your phone and watch, and update when possible, that should do it!

Would like the option to reduce the number of animations on the watch face, as with the seconds counter, and the two moving icons above and below the date, the watch face feels quite busy. Apart from that, really good watch face.

When using my S9, it downloaded as an app and then the watch had to download it to itself. I keep it on raise wrist to wake. I like and it seems that if you charge your watch everyday like a rational person it won't die.

We've provided a phone companion app to help with installation if necessary. You can uninstall it freely.
For future reference, select only your watch device from the supported devices list when installing, to start the installation process directly on your watch and avoid any complications.

Doesn't load on phone through wearable app sometimes. Very frustrating. Tried restarting watch and phone and still doesn't load. Always have to customize using watch.

It's a known customization bug with Galaxy Wearable phone app. Every third-party watch face with a bit more complex options experiences this, unfortunately.
Samsung has announced a fix in the future, but no progress so far.
Customizing directly from the watch works much better and faster, until Samsung fixes this Galaxy Wearable issue.
