Update: Installed and restalled it. Really slow in loading but is better. When I select Customize it attempts to load but it just closes out. It did that a few times in the beginning but now it does it every single time. Edited

Customization through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone isn't fully stable. This issue is related to the app itself, and Samsung announced they're working on a fix.
However, if this is happening on your watch, a reboot should help. We'd also recommend checking for software updates and install if possible.
