Did you accept the sensor message after installation? If not, this may be why it is not working. Please check that everything is enabled in Settings (watch) - App - Permissions - "Digital Black v3". I like this even better than V2 which was previously my favorite. The touch to measure HR complication is much more convenient as I don't have to have a separate complication to open HR.
