WF has 1900 active users right now with 0 lag reports. If its customization menu in Wearable App. Then It's a Galaxy Wearable bug which is on every watchface that has customization menu options more than 6, can only be fixed by Samsung. Solution for it is use customization via watch. If you bought it email me for 100 percent refund.
