I have had this watch face since I got my watch. I just made the mistake of updating it and I hate it! I used to be able to change my watch face by tapping the screen, not anymore! I can't customize it like I used to be able to. I only have a choice of five colors and neither one of them is black or white. The colors that they chose look stupid on this face! Red, green, yellow, blue do not go with the background! I'm looking for a new watch face now.

Really liked the app. Then, an update was automatically installed, and the tap to change color feature was gone along with a bunch of the colors! I reached out to the support team, and they haven't answered.

Step counter doesn't work. I sent an email with a photo of my watch asking them to help me resolve this and I told them I liked the design. They sent me a picture of a watch face that wasn't mine... not the right date or time and had the nerve to tell me that mine was working perfectly and no one else had problems. I sent the photo again, calling them on their lack of integrity. Again asking for help. They never replied. I will never ever buy from this seller again.

For those skimming reviews, the 1 star reviews are people who haven't learned how watch faces work. You set them via the Samsung wearable app once they're installed. There's a bunch of easy to miss places this information is written but it's easy to overlook.

Says is installed on my watch but it's nowhere to be found... Getting a refund because I literally paid for NOTHING. Not happy. ** Update: since I left this review several MONTHS ago and am just now receiving a response, I've since deleted the app due to it NOT WORKING. I'm very glad you've now given me "instructions" to install properly, but again they do ZERO good at this point. Nor does the coupon I was sent - if the first one I attempted didn't work, why would I pay for not one but TWO more? Edited
