Terrible, many issues with streaming: - pause takes 8 seconds - "10 seconds back" makes it go back to the start of the video - When something is finished and you want to watch it again, it will auto play the next video. Good luck trying to watch what you want. Ps; On top of this, I saw an ad of a series in between. I pay for this. I don't need ads of series I dont care about, series that are already in the way of what Id like to navigate to... Edited

The new app has less subtitle options compared to the old one. I'm in the middle of Tokyo Vice. Yesterday, in the old app, I was using English subtitles. Today I'm forced to use the new app and the only available subs are in Dutch. I personally think it's truly unacceptable to not have English subs available for English content. I don't care how much other things have improved in the app, subtitles are a vital part of the content. I am honestly thinking of ending my subscription because of this. Edited

The new app is still lagging from time to time. You already got the home page to promote new shows and movies. I am not paying to see trailers before I put on a show or movie, even if I can skip them. They keep removing contents. I don't know how this is on other countries but in the Netherlands they removed some good titels from the Conjuring Movies, Divergent and the other parts and more. The option to skip Intros only shows up half of the time. YES IVE REDOWNLOADED THE APP MULTIPLE TIMES!

It used to be a great app, but lately it's been going downhill. I miss the English ([CC]) subtitles for things like GoT, HotD etc. They used to be on the app, but now we have all languages to get subtitles for except English. It's also suffering from constant buffering, during which the subtitles just disappear. Please fix your bugs.

A disgrace, this new version is a step BACK compared to the previous one! Very bad sub titles (black boxes), chaotic app UI experience. Very bad. There is also no season/episode indicator when watching a particular episode and casting to TV. No option to skip the credits / text at the end of an episode (when casting) etc. [Edit 2026: it still sucks. Now it destabilizes my phone's behavior. Regular standard Android...] Edited
