App used to load quickly with no issues, for the last few months it's slow to load and today, won't load at all. I even tried installing again, but won't load. I was considering the paid version, but not after the problems I'm incurring. The forecast is often inaccurate and unreliable. Temperatures can be up to 10 degrees off, especially in the fall, winter & spring. Radar will show rain where it's not raining, it's up to 10-15 miles off. Lately I've been using another app instead. The ads are getting out of hand. I'm looking for information on what alerts are where, so I can follow severe storms near me. A tornado warning? Sure you can read it, but here is an ad first. I'd stop using the app entirely if I didn't find the future radar more useful than others, but also more items are getting pushed behind the paywall. The utility of this app continues to decline, it stopped being my main app years ago.

contains adware. will force you to look at an ad in the middle of a tornado warning. literally cannot disable news and video notifications. tried disabling them from the app settings, still gives notifications. your videos suck. stop giving pop ups for them. had to disable notifications from phone settings so now I won't get severe weather alerts. videos are pretty much a blatant attempt to give as little relevant information as possible while wasting as much of your viewers time as possible. UPDATE: Nearly 3 months later I still have ads in v.14.26. Customer service has been unresponsive since April. I've paid for the ad-free version of this app for almost 5 years now. I'm halfway through my annual subscription timeline, which renewed last October and have ads now. I reached out to support and got an email that said they would try to get back to me but they're not able to respond to every inquiry. Seems like a pretty important inquiry to respond to, as I'm an actual paying customer. Edited

I don't know what happened but now this thinks I'm everywhere I am not! It thinks I'm still in a city I was in last week even though I refresh and clear cache every other day. I don't want to keep manually updating where I am, the point of enabling the location permissions is so I can just open it up quick and glance. Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, auto updates enabled, permissions allowed
