PLEASE FIX THE TOURNAMENTS. To be frank, they suck. I've had this app for years and haven't even came close to being competitive in these tournaments. after 30 seconds, it seems there are 10 plus players already with 100k points won. Basically it seems like wind creek have algorithms that allow certain ppl to out gain the rest of field by a large margin. I think it needs to be fixed. The crazy part is that I have better results at the actual casino.

Ok game. Fun to play. Built up enough points to do $100 freeplay. Used it. Now the freeplay points go from 1,650,000 to 31,000,000. Come on. Get real. Takes forever just to get the first amount. Makes a person say forget it all together and delete the app. Ridiculous. Make it worth the energy of playing it. Talked to other people that have said the same thing. Update: now have had my $100 freeplay is gone from my choices. My wife has had the same issue along with co-workers losing most choices Edited

I thoroughly enjoy the app. At least the slots part of it. However, I understand that in order to keep bugs fixed and to add new slots that there must be updates. But, I find my time being wasted a good bit because it freezes up a lot and then sometimes, it just won't load certain slot machines. I have auto updates turned on for my app but sometimes I have to manually go to the Play Store (I'm using a new-ish Android device/phone) and select the Wind Creek app for an update. Edited

Loved this app ever since I got it and play it all the time. Recently the reels on the games (the ones that have more than 3 reels) are moving at a snail's pace. I talked to a manager who said to clear the cache/data then try to uninstall/reinstall and that should fix it. It did nothing and I have the latest update installed as well. I would REALLY appreciate this being fixed promptly because as it stands there is no way to play in a tournament or anything! PLEASE FIX ASAP. Then it'll be 5 stars Edited

Not great. Most recently when I press to open the app, it just immediately closes. I found that the comp dollars, food credits, and casino points on the app were never in sync with what appeared on the slot machine, the notifications I received by email, what the card desk staff told me, and what the restaurant cashier saw when I paid for my visit. It was like flying blind. The games were awkward and slow, never won anything in the drawings, and never found a reason to use the chat feature. Edited
