The games are entertaining for casual play. The tournaments they offer for free play or food credits have been going downhill the last few months. They haven't tried to fix the constant issues of black screens, constant spinning, or being booted out when playing in these tournaments. As of 6/19, nothing has changed. Edited

Honestly, I do like the new app and how interactive it is but, it's a huge step backward with the benefits the old one offered. The wscore pricing on the new wstore is already increased from the old, on top of that you have to have extremely rare sapphires and rubies to even redeem them. I get that you want to limit the amount of freeplay and such that we can get but, it really shouldn't be so limited that it's almost impossible. It's just really disappointing.

The app crashes alot. Kicks out of games alot. Gems, rubies and safires freeze on the screen all the time. They should get rid of how it shows real big smack dab in the middle of the screen what you collected, it just gets in the way of clicking. I don't know if it's my phone or if anyone else has been Having lots of glitchy issues but it makes it very hard to work towards Freeplay and what not. Edited

The app is ok. I haven't had an any problems with loading or freezing during casino game play. The world map see and click is fun except that the constant fireworks and motion is extremely hard on my eyes and the sound effects are just awful. what is supposed to be a ringing sound is more like metal wheel bearings grinding or something. I cannot play for long and my media volume is always off during play.
