Using the app was a total waste of time and money. Not only it does not give you the quality of the photos, but also how the money is too much for only a week. This doesn't even give a free trial to test if it really works out just fine. The only thing u can do in this app free is to change blurry image into more clearer quality yet that still disappointed me. Eww, this should not exist as free if all the things we could do to ur app are all not free.

Furious and Annoyed. I purchased the annual plan last week yet my account status still reads "FREE USER" therefore I am unable to use anything this app has to offer. I have spoken to multiple customer service representatives and not a single one of them has fixed the issue nor offered any type of compensation. Oh, did I forget to mention in the mobile app the "HELP" menu literally opens up to a blank page and "SETTINGS" gives option of logging out and that's it??! I want my money back.

I paid for a Premium subscription as per your description yet upon opening the app, I could not find the advertised section that I paid for, nor could I create an account. I want my money back. do not waste your time and money folks. I hope I don't get some "sorry" messages this is fraud and I want a refund. Edited

I tried to recover a Google chat, and it did not work as advertised. For chats, it seems as if the app needs to be installed in order to keep track of the data. Otherwise, it knows nothing of the history. Pass it up if you're in the same boat. Really should be zero stars.

I'm experiencing a major issue. This app does not appear under my subscriptions or my paid history but deductions have been made from my bank account. On Wondershare account it shows I have subscribed but states that I cannot cancel on that account and need to cancel on Google Playstore but how do I cancel something that does not appear on my Google Account? Please resolve asap and I would like a refund for everything that has been deducted as I did not subscribe!
