I used the trial version and it worked fine. I could see a few messages transfer from my Android whatsapp to IPhone. Then I went ahead and took the $18.99 subscription to get all my messages transferred. The app didn’t seem to work as expected. I do see a lot of messages missing. Is there a way I can cancel my subscription and initiate a refund? Replying to your message WONDERSHARE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED: I tried sending the feedback but the screen seems to be in that state. I hate, HATE, to be the person who spoils the fun, but I'm not having it easy with this app at all. I downloaded it because I watched YouTube videos about it, and the reviews here seem to be glowing. BUT, every so often, it stops transferring and says I need certain amount of gigs or MB. I've deleted almost ALL the apps, pictures and videos on my phone, but it's still asking me to delete some more. And it doesn't tell me till transfer has begun, then it says failed and asks me to free up space.

I was able to transfer everything!! Plus one tip. It took me a couple of times cuz my phone was out of space and during the process the battery died so make sure you have a full battery. P. S.... One tip...since I had to retry multiple times.... It keeped asking me to release space on my phone... Delete and reinstall the app.. When it's trying to back up the data it uses space. Every time I deleted the app it avoided this issue. Edited

NOT FREE!!! This app is deceptive, it's a free app with in-app purchases. This really means, "you can't transfer anything unless you pay $25 to use our service". What makes this even worse is it's never mentioned in the app demo video and the paywall shows up when your halfway through transferring data. Google play store should keep an eye on apps like this and either make them change their app as an upfront purchase or a banner that says purchase necessary to use, instead of in-app purchases Edited

I am trying to use this app about 3 days in order to move from android to iphone. I have many errors, i spent many hours, i sent many mails to support -nothing hapen. If you are serious, back to me and fix all your bugs. I tried about 10 times without any success. The app asks to add about 10 gb in order to transfer 5 gb. I spent many time for cleaning.so i am really dont know what to do. 18/10 - I provided all details. In addition I was charged twice and still didn't get refund, no real support Edited
