It works, but it's so unorganized. It takes me 3 clicks just to clock in. My paystubs, weeks hours, internal job postings, pretty much anything you'd need at the ready are all buried under menu after menu. The app makes you set up a passcode (which I like) but it expires after 30 days. It also makes you change your password every so often which is extremely annoying. The first and foremost function of this app (for my business purposes) is to clock in and clock out but it makes it take too long.

does not save log-in info. Asks you to put in a code number they text you and gives the option to "do not ask again for 60 days" but will ask again in 60 minutes, anyway. the next page asks if you would like to stay logged in and "do not ask again" option but doesn't even keep you logged in for half an hour. sometimes the code number they send isn't even received for over an hour. fix your app. people are REQUIRED to use this app for their job! My employer switched to workday from HotSchedules a few months ago,maybe a year, and ever since I've had nothing but trouble logging in to see any of my info. To sign in, it requires verification through the Microsoft authenticator app, which also BARELY works. 80% of the time I have to reload both apps at least 3 times before I'm able to actually login. Today was the first time I straight up haven't been able to sign in at all. Even when it works, it's extremely disorganized and confusing.

App is very poor quality. The log in is annoying, what is the point of clicking "stay logged in" if it doesn't actually do anything. The app just recently added the option to log in with biometrics, which i was very excited about. but every time I use it, I have to log in anyway. Now its just another step to a now 5 step log on process.

this is a piece of junk! quick expense was supposed to help save time but it created a bigger mess. quick expense items that has already been attached to an expense report and submitted will not be removed!!! it stays as quick expense. when you add new ones, it just piles up. In no time, you wont know what has already been expensed and what's new! Total trash!
