apps a huge scam. no way of canceling the membership at all. when you click on manage my membership it takes u to a web page that has nothing to do with the membership. Just explaining the app and how to download it. also it eats a bunch of memory and battery, idk why it does that. but seriously if u sign up for free trial there isn't a option to cancel at all. we'll not one I can find. plus this app is just a camera it does nothing special at all literally nothing.

I was able to scan a written document but that was it! From that point on, I wasn't given any options to turn it into a digital text file. It allowed to press "Done" then "Save" and exit. Problem is, once you exit, it says you'll lose your document. This app works nothing like it's ad. This is a true bait & switch app! Or, just too good to be true, app! If this worked like the ad, it would be a priceless app!

Not user friendly beware. Went the free trial route to see if I would like it. It said you could cancel at any time. They saved my CC. The manage account links don't bring you anywhere, and I haven't been able cancel my free trial or remove my card. Had to have my card shut off at the bank. I dont recommend this app.

I too scanned three no four pages and then after that I wasn't able to do anything else. it didn't save it automatically as a PDF. I was unable to attach my scans document to any email that I needed to. it was a waste of time and money. now I'm just trying to find out how to cancel it. also there were no instructions.

Scanned my documents way better than I hoped. Automatically outlined the documents so I didn't have to and even gives you a straight dotted line while taking your pictures to make sure they're lined up correctly!
