constantly can't answer simple questions. accidentally hit the image generator addon when purchasing, with zero use for it. I have been trying to get a refund for a week now and it just keeps looping me and giving me no contacts for billing

This is not Chatgpt. I purchased this app thinking it was the official ChatGPT Plus by OpenAI because it uses the same logo and GPT-4 label. After using it, I realized it is a third-party app with limited features and misleading design.

Absolute junk. So slow. Not very informative responses. Gemininis as good but free. Don't pay for the pro version. Waste of money

Horrible app. AVOID THIS APP! I purchased this application and it charged me for the year. I tested it against the actual ChatGPT and Claude that it claims to use and it is far inferior to both. I have requested a refund for the year as I spent less than a day using this and I receive an automated AI response. Likely from their LLM as the response is also terrible.

I tried Pro version and did not like it and requested a refund less than an hours after subscription. They don't refund.
