Accidentally lost my content too many times. Needs to be more safeguarding, especially when clicking save. The save and the exit buttons are close together, the exit button isn't red, it has an innocuous looking icon, and the app doesn't ask for confirmation to delete your work. I've instinctively clicked it too many times to continue using this. The organization of the notes is also too messy for me, would prefer a standard list layout. Almost a great app, but I can't keep losing notes.

this is a, nice app. what's not nice to me is I cannot see the markdown files locally. I would like to be able to use local files like obsidian or markor or zettel notes does. I have no way of sharing or syncing notes with syncthing. that's a huge thing. just let the app read and use local markdown files. forget all the import stuff. should be able to use the files with another app if i want.

I was in the process of writing an essay/writing, and when I came back from doing other stuff to get back to continuing it, the words I typed were all gone, like poof, as if nothing ever happened. I could never recover from this and could never trust using this app ever again. ;v; This should have had auto save. I didn't even close the app and all my writing is completely gone. Edited

I love the app, and even plan on making a review video on it on my channel. Anyways, it's lacking the setting to reduce the content density in the notes preview. Just one note can take the whole home page. I wish that could be adjusted. Once you have added, the export feature, whether to TXT, HTML, I wish every update made to the note will automatically reflect in the exported file, so far as it's still at the same file location it was saved. But, overall, a pretty decent notes app

I've been looking for an open source notepad for a while.
