Got a gift worth 1500 from my wife. Unfortunately it had a validity of 6 months.. I could not use it on time and requested a few more days extension. The requested was declined and informed that they could have given extension if it was within a month of expiry. Lost valuable money. Never using the app or buying from here.

Not just the app is third rate they are profiteering massively by forcing people to use the voucher on there sites. The same ticket is available at half the price directly on the airline site.. the only reason i am using this is coz i won a raffle draw...i am surprised companies select such entities to run their promotional campaign... I received gift card from different 3 friends. I didn't receive notification till my friends informed me that they sent gift voucher to me . I went to redeem the gift voucher at Virgin store after couple of days. unfortunately, the gift voucher was invalid and it didn't work. I contacted Gotagift customer care to solve it. Honestly, I received part of the Gift voucher and not total amount I had received from my friend. I tried to contact the customer care again but they didn't solve it 😕
