This idea is great, and I love how they let you know from their list if an institution has successfully accepted their postcards previously. However, I can't send one lol. It will never let me complete the account setup because it never sends the verification texts or emails. UPDATE: I emailed the company, and a representative responded within a day or so and manually verified my account. So if you're having similar issues with the app, try emailing them. Edited

Horrible app. Too many glitches. If you try to change your profile picture it automatically kicks you out. In fact, if you try to click on ANYTHING it kicks you out. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a hassle. I wanted to at least use the chat feature to contact customer service but I received NO RESPONSE. Sent an email and NO RESPONSE. I want my account deactivated at this point, but guess what... NO RESPONSE. This app is absolutely useless. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Thank you for the app, it does brighten my son's day to revieve messages! App did not allow me to scroll thru my photos to choose the one I wanted to send and did not allow me to see, (too small) or change smaller photo. Also, 1st time I tried to send it didn't allow I had to go to playstore open app thru there then it sent, I still wasn't able to choose a different photo. I have credits to use so I will continue to use. I am hoping you will update the app and fix issues that are reported.

Beautiful and brilliant way to communicate with loved ones who are incarnated. With this app you can send pictures and messages to brighten up the long days of incarceration. They cover the first picture sent in postcard format and after that it is only a mere 25¢! Very inexpensive compared to sending pictures in the mail. And they are guaranteed to arrive within a few days. My boyfriend and best friend have always received their postcard within 3 days! Thank you flikshop! You rock! Edited

I'm so grateful that my niece told me about this app. I send my grandson pictures so easy now. He's such a great dad and I want him to be a part of everything his babies are doing. The postcards were only .99 and now I bought 10 credits later for 8.90 so that I can send even more. Pro Tip: the credits make it easier to send postcards back to back.
