I'm very disappointed by the app. Very simple, but in an underwhelming way. Most annoying issue is that the buttons on bottom are where my buttons on my S23e are located. Which means when I try to push the buttons below I end up pushing my home button or back button. I dislike homeschoolers are unable to use website, so I have to use up space on my phone. Also, the nearest Pizza Hut by us requires a printed certificate. I do not see anywhere in the app where one would print the certificate. Edited

They clearly put some effort in but not enough attention to detail. at first you couldn't log anything for prior days as of July 1st. Now you can't even track anything. I was finally able to track July 9th on the 12th. same with July 8th on the 11th. everything is completely messed up in this app, and it's kind of embarrassing.

This app, at best, is underwhelming. A timer feature is superfluous, all phones have a timer already. At worst, it just doesn't work and it's interface seems a little lacking. I did edit this review because I just patched it and it appears to be consistently working thus far. Edited

The app just doesn't work. I register a child and it goes back to wanting to register the child again. I get emails saying she's registered but then nothing shows up on the calendar. In the email, there's a contact us link that just takes you back to the app promotion leading back to Google Play. So there is no customer support. This is one horrible app.

Sorry you are having trouble. There is a known bug in version 2.4.4 with some Android devices that is fixed in the upcoming version that will be released soon. When this new version is released (2.5.2), you may need to completely delete the app and reinstall it if you're still having trouble.

The app is absolutely horrible. I miss the days of just being able to use the website or even the paper tracker. the app is completely useless the codes really work if ever. Plus the fact that you can only redeem them during certain dates which is so useless. Sadly we can no longer use pizza hut book it anymore and use ANY other pizza place now. ZERO ⭐ if possible. Don't bother with Bookit anymore- no generation should.
