I pay for the food on the app and complete my purchase without issue. Then I drive to the store and they either put the tip option machine in front of me or print the receipt to have me sign with the option for gratuity. I'm driving to the store. That's *the* reason I'm driving to the store is to avoid extra fees and costs. Who is that tip for? Myself? This is out of control.

It is functional but much was lost, little was gained. Since the last big update, the app [and website] have had a complete overhaul. No way to view order history/reorder favorites like you used to/competitors offer. Random things open a browser in the app rather than being native to the app. The only positive change is as you are customizing an item, the price updates live. No more guesswork on which items count as my included toppings rather than bouncing between pages.

my account has been locked and it won't send the password reset code to my email. I've checked every folder including the spam folder and I can't find it, I spelled my email correctly so that isn't the problem. the app has been out for about 6 years now, so you would think a feature so essential to account security would have most of it's bugs worked out by now.

I'm replacing my review with an unfortunately worse one. This app is garbage. It only opens half the time, and usually gets stuck on the opening screen. It's slow and laggy when I do get it open, but worst of all, it complains that my email address is invalid. The same email address I've used for years and placed orders under. I give up; I guess no more Pizza Hut for me. Bye. Edited

UPDATE: You can't even add symbols to delivery directions, and the character limit is so small it's worthless. Why? It's almost funny. There is no ability to add a gate code to get into a gated area. The app crashes. It won't let me redeem points. I have to continuously back out of the app and close it, then open it again so that my inputs will be accepted. I get error messages telling me something went wrong and to try again later every few seconds. Updated: still accurate. No fixes. Horrible. Edited
