recently, the app has been buggy. randomly, videos will be just a black screen. The audio is fine, but the screen is just black. I can't do anything but close out the app and reopen it. Just now,I had to shut down my entire phone because a video's audio kept playing. even after closing down the app, reopening it, opening other apps... nothing worked this random video's audio just played on a loop on my phone with the screen locked. I had to restart my phone to get it to stop. Edited

Tiktok is normally a good app for me. I loved tiktok when I was younger. Here, recently, however, the app has been buggin. I was scrolling on tiktok, and then I got the notification "youre tapping too much. take a break!" So I thought, "Oh, this'll only be a few minutes, and I'll be able to like videos again." Wrong. Yall gotta get rid of this thing. It's super annoying, and it's just making the app less fun. Edited

TikTok has changed. The algorithm is LAME. I see way more ads in the feed now too. If you watch one video for half a second too long, all of a sudden there are a bunch of it in the feed, but I barely see the other stuff that I actually WANT to see. The changes are horrible. *** update as of 5/22. It got better for a short time, but now it sucks again. Ads ads ads ads ads blah blah blah. This is ridiculous. Get your algorithm straight. Edited

I wish they'd remove the thing where you can easily click on an emoji and you'll comment it. It's VERY annoying and isn't useful in the slightest! I keep accidentally slightly touching it without trying to and commenting random emojis that aren't appropriate for the video at hand. Also, my following count is broken! I contacted support but I've heard nothing back. I have 40, it was at 122, now it's at 104?? Also, when swiping through images, I keep getting sent to the shop. Annoying... Edited

this app was amazing! Until they decided to falsely age-restrict my account and I have no way of getting any of my DMs back, I cannot even access the shop anymore. This has greatly affected my experience within the app — They do not even have a proper support email to help out, instead, they have an AI "support system" which barely works. Tiktok really needs to fix this.
