won't even let me log on. I already have a shop open. I downloaded the app and it completely skips over the log in screen everyone and goes strait to shop application. it wants me to start a new application every time. editing to add that I have to now do everything via the tt app, making this one useless. adding tax info just gives you a black screen. added it via the tt app and it worked fine. didn't translate to this app at all. nothing works at all- don't use. Overly complicated UI that makes you run in circles. It tries to help you improve your listings. But, recently many of us are unable to add TT shop products to our showcase. We cannot link products anymore. Is this because of the tarriff situation? This should be fixed or publicly addressed instead of leaving sellers in the dark. Edited

I just started my own business making customized press on nails. I was getting a lot of sales on Facebook Marketplace and Etsy, but it's been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive an order. I keep getting told I need to make videos to use as ads, etc. Without the right equipment I can't. Plus, I'm not big on being on camera at all. The app is a bit difficult to learn too. Might just stick with Etsy honestly

very disappointing experience. Since they merged, sellers are now forced to migrate to this app, but the process is a mess. The verification system doesn't work properly. Tried reaching out to the live agent, but they were unhelpful and clearly not familiar with the app or the process. As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Fix the system and train your support team properly.

Still missing a lot of features like live tracking for instant courriers. The platform is made for desktop computers, not phones, making it less flexible and limited and restricting your movements. They're trying to compensate it with lots of other unnecessary features. I'm highly considering moving to another marketplace to sell my stuff.
