I really like how ZOHO social gives you really detailed easy to read social media reports for the price. I haven't found anything comparable in this department. I also like how it breaks it up into brands, it makes managing multiple brands easier. The only downfall in my eyes is the sizing of the photos. It doesn't want to auto crop your photos which is good, but it makes you have to export photos in different sizes.

All around a pretty good product. For most small businesses I think that the standard plan would be enough - some of the feature in the advanced plans are limited. However, I think Zoho has put together a solid product for managing social media and it's worth at least giving it a shot. They give a free trial without paying first so it's a huge plus.

One of the best social sharing programs and apps out there. Zoho Social makes doing my job easier and increases productivity! The mobile app is easy to use and can be adjusted for quiet family time. The ZShare Browser Plugin is great for sharing information when you are searching online. I've used several other programs and none compare to the level of customer service, uptime, and ease of use to Zoho Social!

Comprehensive, intuitive, and easy to use. I particularly like the calendar view for viewing scheduled posts and scheduling new posts. The app notifications are also particularly helpful and serve as a reminder to check in and follow up on comments, particularly for campaigns geared at driving product sales. I'm using several other Zoho products and they are all typically priced lower than competitors but deliver far greater value. Zoho social is no exception and is one of the biggest reasons I chose it. Zoho Social also integrates with Zoho CRM, but I have not taken the time to set this feature up yet.
