Great app for a handyman with ADD! After nearly a year, I'm still learning more that this app can do for my business. It's really great for tracking the minutia of a variety of projects, both small and large. I love how simple it is to generate an invoice on a moment's notice or track receivables at a glance. Given the start / stop nature of my work (and my brain), I find the onboard timer a little too basic to cope with my needs, so I use another tracker for that. Also, the lack of offline access to any of the app's basic functions can make for a frustratingly slow experience in simple tasks when cell signal is bad or data is throttled. Even so, I have yet to find its equal in suiting my particular needs. Edited

Not user friendly. Customer service seems helpful, but also clueless about how clunky the software is. None of the apps talk with each other automatically. You have to tediously integrate them (doesn't always work), then you have to enter & re-enter info that was entered in one app, but was erased when migrated to a diff. app. Zoho is supposed to save time but I've spent hours in useless sessions with help desk to end up spending more hours figuring it out on my own. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I struggle with this app because it's almost like I'm using a paper-based system! Sometimes the team gets the UI correct, and that's great, but it usually isn't that way. Examples: You can't sort customers and find the one with the highest balance. Secondly, hyperlinking data isn't ubiquitous. (Customer details -> activities list -> click on an invoice...nothing!) Can't add comments on customer in app. An app on smartphone which takes calls from customers...and I can't add comments?! Edited

search feature is set to "begins with" and not "contains" by default and it's annoying. I've emailed customer service to assist in fixing issue. great otherwise. edit: they fixed it. I really wish it was set this way by default. excellent app. Edited

Nice in theory. Does not always actually capture or record calls like it's supposed to though, and at the end of the day, can make more work to manually record unrecorded call logs. It's nice. not great, just nice. unfortionately does constitute a bit of extra work... Edited
