App works only as a trial without being logged in. But to trial, you need to have credit. Once you log in, the app does not work anymore. I tried contacting customer service, and instead of them trying to help me solve the problem, i received an offer for a baby monitor.... I ended the subscription, and I do not trust them anymore, I suspect a scam.

Looked like it would be great but as soon as I used my phone the connection dropped and I was unable to reconnect without touching the tablet. What's the point of an app if you need it open 24/7 to work properly...?

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we did not register a similar problem with other users - the application is able to work both in the background and when the display is turned off. If the problem persists, stop monitoring and go to "Settings > Feedback", describe the problem and send a message - we will be happy to check it.

At first it works but it disconnects easily and now I can't get it to reconnect despite being in the same room as the other device.
