The functionality of the app is quite small. For instance it indicates the status of windows and sunroof, but it is impossible to control them. Other brands have it like 5 years ago :). What is also kind of standard nowadays is to have a possibility to set up via the app all the settings you can do inside the car. Here there is no such possibility at all. And last, but not least most of the brands provide this connectivity functions for free, but here you have an expiration date

Useless. Worked for a day or two when I got my new Enyaq, then everything froze and it was good for absolutely nothing. Škoda, who have conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, think things are fine because the computer at their end says so, but nothing works in the app, and I can't set up as the primary user in the car. I therefore can't use the car properly. This is worse than just being a rubbish app, this is a deal breaker when it comes to buying a new car. Not buying Škoda again. Edited

Flaky at best in all its incarnations I use this to tell the weather, I know it's cold when I try to use the window heating or car temperature feature and I get an apparently temporary error When attempting to start a battery charge outside of plan, again, temporary error Notifications are turned off except alarm but it will wake me everyday at 5.30 am telling me my car is charged despite this. So now MySkoda is blocked as part of do not disturb settings. So won't know if alarm triggered

I enjoy and use the app (when it works) sometimes there are days that app will not work-connect to my car. Now i have the problem that payment cannot go through,and i can't do renewal. It doesn't want to do it over credit card (tried with several cards and several different banks),not over direct bank payment. (We got all the details for bank payment, and reference number was wrong) so we couldn't pay that way either so had to cancel the order. Please fix that and upgrade features in app.

This is my last Skoda. Every time they change the App they make it worse. It's been more than a year and the car still can't recognise that it's parked at a saved charging location and that it should follow the settings for that location. Flaws so obvious in the app and car (like being unable to reverse in a tight spot without the car emergency braking) that you can tell they do not test anything outside controlled environments. The last straw was charging a fee to check the battery temperature! Edited
