it has alot of different types of fitness dance styles ,to choices from & you can start to feel it with in 10 mins . It's a great app to have if you don't like going to a gym for the class, just do it in your bedroom,livingroom,basement or even th gargage, if you want or it's a great way to spend family time.

First thing it does is ask for payment, thought there was free content available but it wont let me past the subscribe free trial nonsense deleted it again

Downloaded the app to dance and lose weight. Wanted to try at least one dance before upgrading but found (1) No possibility to cast on TV (2) I could barely see the steps since there were 5 people on the screen and they were too small (3) they hardly did any steps in the beginner class, I was so bored after 5 minutes (4) music was boring, it says Meringe and Salsa but no Latin music.
