I ordered from About You and returned two items, but they only confirmed the return of one. I’ve emailed and called their customer service multiple times, but no one responds. I’m now out of money and missing an item with no support or solution from their side. Very disappointing experience. I expected better service. I won’t be ordering again unless this issue is resolved.

It's a great platform, app is well organised and intuitive. Even when I had some delivery errors the customer service was welcoming and helpful, and they compensated for the inconvenience. Plus the free return and the ease of the process makes the shopping stress free.

I installed the app because I had advertisements from the app in FB for timberland shoes. however, the app did not have timberland. so it was a click bait and advertising something I wanted while they could not provide it.

u get poorly assembled chinese trash. items are trash. every euro spent here is wasted. description of the composition of the items is questionable. i would not be surprised if the labels are fake. can not be trusted
