Love Power Grid. I like the UI overall (I'm in the minority apparently). I was hoping for a smart UI, which is close, but falls short. 2 games in a row the AI bought enough cities to end the game despite me buying up resources to his power plants. Despite no longer being able to power the most cities, it buys enough cities to end the game. Neither does it buy up resources to prevent others from being able to power their max cities. Not Usable (Yet). This code has too many bugs to be usable. For instance, on the first turn, you can place your flag in a city (which would ordinarily mean placing your first city there), but someone else can build there before you. You then cannot build anywhere, so you have to start a new game. I can't believe they sold this for money when it was this unfinished. Don't buy it yet. Edited

The game works pretty well, but there are still some bugs. Vienna/Wien doesn't seem to give the trash discount and occasionally there are bugs creating a game with AI players. But restarting usually fixes that. The tutorial isn't super helpful concerning the UI, but after playing through the game a few times, I was able to figure it out. It would also be nice to get the clicking sounds turned off (they currently still sound when music/sound is turned off). Overall, the game has been fun.

I love Power Grid, but I was hesitant to pick this up given the rating. I gave it a shot and after 2 games against the AI I am glad I did. The the interface is serviceable and allows of movement and configuration of the various info windows. I do wish that there was a bit more of an animation to the auctions- right now they're lightning fast making them tough to track. The best part is that you get all of the maps without paying extra- they could have stuffed those behind an IAP.

Big fan of power grid, but this app still has UI bugs. - The tutorial got stuck on the very second text pop up telling me to press and hold the button on the lower right corner. Tried pressing and holding for a while with no change. - When making a new game, at the map select, trying to see the 2nd page of maps closes tge select pop up, and tapping on a particular map selects the map to its right. - Picking an AI level in a certain player slot puts it in the player slot to its right.
