Full of bugs, and one of the thermostats won't pair, no matter what. EDIT AFTER 3 YEARS OF USAGE: it's incomprehensible how the app could let the batteries die without notifying me in any way, and as a security measure against frost (in the middle of July!), turn the radiator on at full power. Luckily I was at home, what if I was on holiday, instead?! Awful user experience Edited

Modes won't stick anymore. Pick Eco or Vacation and in a second or two it will unset itself.

Great System and very versatile. German design and very robust. I have been using these products from 2017. Full disclosure, my company offer these products as an approved partner. We have other manufacturers, however the Homematic IP offerings are the preferred solution.

if one alarm goes of, the system needs to be re- activate....means a false alarm stops further attention of the system

meh. Not sure if the problems are app- or equipment-related, but sometimes there are inexplicable, long-term communication breaks between the thermostats and the app. Also, the temperature-setting sometimes just goes rogue. Customer service? They want nothing to do with the end user once the things are paid for. BTW, the manual DOES NOT address most issues. FAQs are sorely lacking. I won't throw it away because it just cost too much, but I won't be investing in Homematic anytime soon.
