It's not clear on how to get things listed. Emailing them for assistance takes a long time. Searching google to find help, and it showing their site with a way to get a pad posted, and to verify via Facebook and their security algorithm, wasn't valid. I couldn't find the verification stuff on the app. They need to fix all this. UPDATE a week later, and did anything to get it working by emails. There's literally no way to delete your account. Once your information is up, you cannot take it down. Even after completing their "forms." I downloaded it, and immediately regretted the decision as it 1. Does not let you view the property you clicked on from the vague search. 2. There's no way to search within your town. 3. Ads take up one quarter of your screen. 4. The vague search or map search isn't consistent, it will take you to view multiple properties from trying to view the one u want.

Good searching tool with some pet peeves: sometimes places say "no info" regarding pets, but when you check out padmapper in a browser, it says "no pets." also, my searches seem to get combined sometimes in ways I don't expect. often it can be hard to return to an original search. finally, the "check availability" button automatically sends a generic message to the listing poster on your behalf, which I did not know and wish I could more easily edit on the app - but otherwise, I like this app.

It crashes every time I try to add photos to my listing. Then, when I think I've got photos ready, I tap to publish, but it says I'm not verified. I already went through the identification verification, and I see no place to try it again. I'm about ready to just post a link to my listing on Craigslist.

Tried multiple times to post a listing. It's impossible to do on the website. I had to try to make 3 different accounts, because it needed to verify my identity, which I did. And then it wouldn't let me log in, and once I finally supposedly posted my listing, I can't view it anywhere. It didn't even show up on the map, so I really doubt it even worked. I'm a programmer by trade. I know these technical issues weren't on my end. I did everything right, and it still failed miserably at every turn.
