The app is fine if it all works. That is however not the case. Last month I could not connect with my car for more than a week. I contacted the help centre, who informed me that they would look into it. About 10 days after the connection was re-established, I received an email that the routing was wrong. (??) Today I can't log in anymore.... The outage lasted one day. The app works well today. It would however be good to see the time stamp of the information provided. Is the info up to date? Edited

Thank you for your feedback and updated review. Your suggestion to add a time stamp has been noted by our team. Thank you very much. Small hint: There is a time stamp available for tire pressure. You could use this as a workaround to see when your vehicle data has been updated.

Just lowered my rating as haven't been able to pre-condition the car for the last couple of days, due to system error. Who do I contact to rectify this? Overall a pretty good app, but very expensive at £17 pm, once your car is over 3 years old. It often shows the icon that says a window is open, but it's not. I think this is a common glitch for a long time now and very frustrating as I'm always going out to check the car! Edited

The main issue is if I stop my car charging from the button in the app you have to physically go out to the car unplug it and then plug it back in again if you want to resume charging. There needs to be another button in the app to restart the charging process (my car is a hybrid unsure if this is the case with a full ev). Also I am an intelligent octopus and the car is not compatible with it, hence the need to pause the charging, unsure if this is app related but a fix would be nice. Edited

Not the best app for a premium car brand. connection is slow to the car (if it connects) constantly losing conne tion to the car as it keeps saying remote activation. disabled when it's on. I jave to constantly remove and add at least 1-2 times a week. Had the volvo app and it's 10x times better. Only one timer can be added to pre heat?? what a joke. Edited

This latest update has been a disaster. Ive used this app just fine for more than 2 years now, but all of a sudden it insists there's a timer that only enables my Taycan to charge to 25% before stopping. I've tried everything I can think of to change/delete/override it but it quickly reverts back to previous. my car is currently charging in 2 minute increments before manual input is needed again to override this blasted timer. Awful.
