I feel sorry for those that have bought into the testo smart tools. Testo forces update each execution, what setup you had before that was working now No longer works. Now you're forced wasting time setting up Your device is to work with an app again. That's probably programmed by someone that doesn't have a clue. of what field work is and how time sensitive it is. i've spent more time trying to get the device is to link up to the app then I spend using the tools doing my job. Testo 0 stars.

Hello Mr. Bowman, can you please try the following: Deinstall the "testo Smart App" (blue icon) & "testo Smartprobes App" (greyish icon), reinstall the "testo Smart App" freshly from the Google Play Store. It is hard to rate, because the functions and amount of things you can do are amazing, and for that i give 10 stars.. however the user interface is not very user friendly, and very difficult to maneuver. If Testo makes the app easier to navigate, and find the different settings and options, this would be the best app for any bluetooth tool ever made.

This is a little late in posting seeings how testo "Smart" has been active for some time.When i was using the testo smart probe app(the original app)life was swell. All i had to do was open the app ,turn on the probes & presto changeo, lines were graphing , tables were numbering.I could add or remove probes without disrupting the flow and when I was ready,save or send it as I pleased. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK THE GOOD TESTO APP!!PLEASE!!!!

Bought new 550s because the 2 year old 550 would constantly freeze without notice. Now the new update crashes on S22 Ultra. Failure notice says: "testo Smart crashed because this app has a bug". They are great when they work, and the data is useful for troubleshooting. But for this much money this low level of reliability is hard to justify.

The old app worked good. As many complaints about the updated version of the app and the experience with it. They should see that and try to get back to the older version. I went on a job and was forced to download the new app before I could use my products. There wasn't any service where I was at so I had to resort to my older guages. After downing the new version of the and going to the next job I tried them again and kept having problems. I will never purchase one of their products again.
