Yeaaa... Just learned the entire braille alphabet for free in less than an hour. This is great! I paid the 5 bucks for the remaining lessons just out of gratitude. The app is super simple but the UI and the way they coded the repitition is dialed in just right. They introduce the letters in groups of 2 that make sense based on the shape; and my pattern recognition kicked in real quick. I aced the challenges first try on at least 3.

Super useful. I essentially memorized the alphabet in a few days. I wish there was a practice mode once you reached the later premium chapters though. Learning punctuation and contractions is fine, but I want it mixed in with everything else I know eventually. Otherwise, what's the point in learning words of one chapter if I can easily revisit it again? I don't think it's useful long term to only recall words within a group, but not outside it. I hope what I said made sense 😅

It is good and I'm picking up the letters quite quick. The only problem is that it's visual, I don't think I'll be able to read it with the letters so close together irl. I think I'd be be able to look at it and be able to elk what it is but it's harder without being able to touch it as you go. Obvs not a problem with this app so I recommend getitng a brail book to help

Absolutely incredible work guys, I was really shocked to find little to no braille learning apps to be available. But y'all are doing a service and doing it WELL. Love the no ads was so great and easy to learn and memorise my first alphabet before paying to support y'all to continue my learning. The only thing I'm missing from this is a randomised practice that can quiz me on everything I've completed so far at once.

PROS: -The repetition is helpful to get it in your mind -The chapters are short and don't I troduce too much all at once CONS -if you do the paid version with punctuation, it gets confusing when it says "?" as it can confuse/falsely teach my brain that that pattern is the one for "?"instead of asking what the symbol is (which may be another punctuation). A different way of asking what patterns are other than a solitary "?" would be helpful. -would be nice to be tested on whole words
