- - • • - • • • - - :))) The best way to learn Morse code is by memorising and identifying the sounds, and afterward, learning the way it looks. You can easily find a Morse code alphabet picture but translating is difficult if learned by sight, not by sound. This app will help you learn the best way, there are no adds, and the only things you have to pay for is numbers and extra punctuation. Very easy to use and highly recommend. :)

This has been the best language learning, so to speak, app I have come across. I had my doubts about being able to learn a new language of dots and dashes or that it might take a long time. . But i was surprised at how quickly i could pick it up through this app. The practice exercises seem to be the right amount of drilling needed. The 2 digit format of levels works very well. I could do 3-4 levels at a time. I completed the alphabet levels in 4 days. Definitely buying the premium version.

Dear Sumi,
Thank you very much for your 5-star rating and kind words. I hope you will keep learning and in the near future you can talk with your friends in secret (assuming they also learnt Morse Code of course). :P
If you have any suggestions for improving the game please don’t hesitate to let me know. :)
Have a good day and stay healthy!

Keeps cutting some of the tones off, making some characters sound like others. Gets frustrating because you think you hear an "E" for example, but it actually sent an "I" but the first dit wasn't audible. Tried the fix and it took care of the problem. No more skipped characters due to Bluetooth issues. Edited

Hi Bart, are you using bluetooth earphones? If that is the case, please enable Background Noise in Settings which will keep your devices connected at all times. I added this setting especially for users using bluetooth earphones because your devices tend to save battery and get disconnected from time to time when there's not much activity.

I really like the adaptive completion time for levels: if you are screwing up some characters then the level lasts longer to give you more practice with the problem ones. The settings menu allowing changing WPM, tone, volume, etc is great. The ability to skip levels is fantastic. A few things that would make this even better: 1) flashing light option 2) groups of characters (to simulate call signs and such) customize character set and group length. 3) Recall speed settings between sessions. Very good so far! I've wanted to learn morse code for awhile now, but nothing else has worked for me. So far, it's doing well! My only wish/gripe is that there isn't another output you could turn on. I saw a comment thay you replied to about it, and all I can say is that if you add any- please let them overlap. Having just sound, just visibility, just vibration would also be very helpful. Having them overlap so you could have all three, just two, would be even better.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and I’m glad to hear you like Morse Mania. For the following updates I’m planning to implement one alternative output first to see how users react and then maybe I’ll add another output. I can’t promise both flashlight and vibration now because I want to keep the app simple and clear as well, but I’ll see. :)
