worst of all the TV streaming apps I have tried! horrible interface unbearable lag and atrocious quality

The app breaks down very frequently. Leaving me with a black screen and sound only. I'm also required to be logged in, which is also an issue, since they can't keep the account logged in for more than a few days max. And logging in will have the app breaking down several times before working. That is counting from when the qr becomes available. Making that appear is a struggle in its own with multiple breakdowns and reinstalling every time to get passed the loading circle. Then when you finally make it in, you're greeted by a UI not designed for an app. So browsing around is difficult, and if you do for too long, the app will crash.

UI quirks include a frequent white screen if the app is left running for too long, and weird navigation behaviour which makes browsing the UI difficult. The app can also consume processor / computing resources when doing absolutely nothing at all! Enabling debug mode on my Nvidia Shield, reveals it was hogging close to 50% processor time when the DR App wasn't even in focus. This effected the performance of other applications I was using. I am now using a 3rd party solution to watch DR. Edited

The app and it's content seems not have good functionality with my Xiaomi Android TV. The app stops responding while scrolling for content. Also there are content that appears in 4:3 also with blanks on top and bottom and not 16:9 full screen. Very easy to fix for DR.

good content like the website but not integrated very well with Google TV. should be rather easy to integrate into the continued playing functionality but more importantly I often have problems with aspect ratios and black screens in apps after using the Dr app so perhaps some compatibility issues
